- If you fail to show up on time, within our means and definition of depart, the fate you paid will not refunded neither in partially nor in full to you for any reason whatsoever
- We will not delay or withhold the departure or journey of our service if you fail to contact us in advance.

- We reserve the right to substitute any other vehicle for your trip but subject to the vehicle conditions is the same level or a upgrade level.
- We have the right to refuse carriage for any of your luggage if the luggage is too large or heavy which our captain finds it difficult to load and unload into our car storage space.
- We have the right to refuse carriage for any of your luggage if it is deemed to us to be unsuitable to transport the luggage for any reason (dangerous/flammable/etc).
