General terms & conditions:

1. All online ticket is only valid for the date, time and route specified in the ticket and its itinerary.
2. All online ticket issued shall have a confirmation travel date and time. Open ticket is not available.
3. Confirmed and/or purchased online ticket is not cancellable. You are ensure your traveling date, time and destination are correct before clicking "confirm" to proceed in confirmation for payment.
4. If you fail to show up on time, within our means and definition of depart, the fate you paid will not refunded neither in partially nor in full to you for any reason whatsoever
5. We will not delay or withhold the departure or journey of our service if you fail to contact us in advance.
6. We are not liable to any loss, expenses or fee incurred by you if you fail to present yourself on time.
7. Please take note that if you are late or delayed in time please contact us via email/contact/SMS and we might adjust a reasonable time for u. We are not liable if you no show and no contact on the departure time.
8. We reserve the right to substitute any other vehicle for your trip but subject to the vehicle conditions is the same level or a upgrade level.
9. We have the right to refuse carriage for any of your luggage if the luggage is too large or heavy which our captain finds it difficult to load and unload into our car storage space.
10. We have the right to refuse carriage for any of your luggage if it is deemed to us to be unsuitable to transport the luggage for any reason (dangerous/flammable/etc).
11. Please make sure the number person traveling and number of the belonging luggage is reasonable to be place into our care storage space before you click on"confirm" to payment. If you are unsure of this please do not hesitate to contact us @ 012-5349374.
12. The price shown airport transfer & tour not include such as toll payment & sightseeing tour out of the Penang Island.
